Summary View
Knowledge Base Articles are used to store solutions for customer service requests. Accumulated knowledge base articles constitute the Vine Knowledge Base. Knowledge base articles are used by tools on the Services tab.
A knowledge base article object view consists of the following panes:
Two Knowledge Base Article panes which show information about the object with the left pane showing the basic fields and the right pane showing the bigger text fields: Description, Solution & Internal Note.
Primary Connections - shows important connections.
Events – lists events connected to the knowledge base article.
Recent and Future Events – lists events connected to the project.
Other Connections – lists other connected objects grouped by type of connection.
