Microsoft Bookings is a scheduling tool (available in Microsoft 365 subscriptions) that you can use together with Vine so that your customers can book meetings directly instead of you organizing those over multiple emails or phone calls.
Once a booking is created, it is displayed as an event in your Office 365 Calendar which is then replicated in Vine if you have Office 365 to Vine synchronization set up.
Creating a booking page
To use Microsoft Bookings with Vine, you must first create, configure and publish your booking page in Microsoft 365.
Integrating your booking page with Vine
After you have created your booking page, you can easily integrate it with Vine by adding the opening of your booking page when your customer submits a form or presses a button in a landing page or email. For more advanced integration, you can use Vine's Zapier Integration.
Opening a booking page from a Vine form
To open your booking page after a customer submits a Vine web form, you can add the opening of your booking page to the submit button. Simply select the submit button in your web form, choose Redirect to another page as its action, and enter the web address of your booking page in the URL field. Please note that you cannot currently pre-fill MS booking pages with data entered in a Vine form because Microsoft does not support this feature yet.
From the list under the URL field, please choose where you want the booking page to open. If you want to test the opening of your booking page in the Form Preview mode you need to select Same frame as it was clicked as the other options do not allow testing this directly in Vine MA. However, you can always embed your form into a real web page and test it there.
Opening a booking page from a landing page or email
To add the opening of your booking page to a button in a landing page or email, please select the button, set its type as Normal Web Link, enter the web address of the booking page, and clear Site Tracking.

Advanced Integration
For more advanced integration, you can use Vine's Zapier integration to create a zap that triggers when a booking is made in your Microsoft Office 365 Calendar (your Office 365 administrator needs to allow Zapier access to your Microsoft Office 365). The zap can then find the booking person in Vine (or create a new person if not found), and optionally connect that Vine person to the replicated Vine event, and so on.
