New Sales Case Classification Fields

Two new sales case classification fields "Custom Type 1" and "Custom Type 2" have been added which, if needed, you can use to additionally classify sales cases. You can rename the fields and add items to their lists in the Vine Administrator's Console.

If you do not plan to use these custom fields you can hide them in the Vine Administrator's Console.

Vine Cookie Consent in Landing Pages

Now Vine Cookie Consent Dialog is always shown for Vine landing pages. This should cover the case when certain cookie consent plugins cannot show their consent dialogs for external pages (for example, a WordPress plugin cannot show the consent dialog for your pages created outside of WordPress).

This resulted in changes in the Cookie Consent settings panel where you can now design the Vine cookie consent dialog even if you turn the Use Vine Cookie Consent Dialog switch to the OFF position.

Automation Rules for A/B Testing

To simplify A/B testing, we have added the following new automation actions:

• Limit: Divides the workflow into left and right branches with a limit on the count of objects first going down the left branch.
• Split: Divides the workflow into left and right branches with a limit on the percentage of objects randomly going down the left branch.

Automation Page Lists Improved

• Now the list of all automation rules is divided into the Active and Passive Automations parts on the main Automations page. The Active part includes all the rules which have been triggered or edited lately.

• Sorting by the column's value, in ascending or descending order, added to the lists.
• The search filter has been moved to the Automation column. Use it to narrow down the listed rules to the ones whose names partially match the text you type.
• Last automation column added which displays the date and time when the automation was last triggered.

Responsibility List Tuned in Address Service

We have tuned the Responsibility list which you use in the Load from Address Service dialog to select job types you want the loaded contacts to have. Now the list initially shows general job families and you can turn the Show more specific responsibilities switch to the ON position to expand those top level families to specific job types.

Other Improvements and Fixes

Many improvements and fixes done. The most important ones are as follows:

• A document can be now downloaded using the new Download document command.
• Now, after a campaign is imported, all its automations are disabled.
• Emails in a campaign now include an icon which you can click to see the statistics for this email.

• Now you can process Google events sent by Vine forms not only in Google Analytics but also in Google Tag Manager.
