Multi-Factor Authentication in Vine Web CRM

Now also Vine Web CRM application supports multi-factor authentication using the MS Authenticator, Google Authenticator or any other authentication app which supports time-based one-time passwords (TOTP).

Vine CRM for Windows is now able to open Administrator´s Console without asking user credentials even when MFA is used.

Email and Campaign AI Assistants

When creating new email, in addition to the email templates, there is now Assistant to help you. AI Assistant can create marketing and sales emails based on a given web page. This makes creating new emails easier than ever. You can even choose the language used in the generated emails.

Similar assistant is available when creating new campaign. It creates a sequence of emails automatically to market some product.

Easy Download of Images from Web-page

It's now possible to download all images from given web page to organization image library. Just give the address of web page and MA will automatically add all the images from web page to your library.

Brand Colors

All color selectors now have Brand Colors section in bottom for easier usage of the common colors for your organization.

You can also easily get the top colors from your web site by just giving web-page address.

More Options in Email A/B Testing

When doing A/B test for email, it is possible now to use whole group for testing. In this case there is no winner selection. You are just easily able to split the target group between the two emails and compare the results easily.

New Lead Engine Setting

It's now possible to choose the user who will get responsibility of all new leads generated by Vine Lead Engine. Setting for this can be found from Leads / Settings.

Other Changes

• Local date format is now used everywhere in Vine MA
• In email editor, the subject and teaser fields have similar tag selector as the email body
• It is now possible to use SENDERNAME and FROMMAIL tags in the email subject and teaser fields.
• When sending email to segment, the employer for the recipient is chosen based on the segment. This helps with contacts who have multiple employers to make sure that correct company name is shown in sent email.
• When sending email which contains link to Download Registration Event, the recipient is automatically added as invited person to that event.
