Organizing Table View Layouts

Open the View list to see all view layouts available to you:

If you want to save the current arrangement of columns, sorting and filtering options, select Save View or Save View As from the View list. The Save View dialog will appear:

Give the view a name. The new view will work only with objects of the same type as the currently present in the table view.

If you want to use an existing view, choose its name from the list. You can choose the default view as well.

If you want to remove a saved view, choose Delete View.
