Summary View

A Map object makes it possible to visually organize your data. Its summary view consists of the following panes:

• Map – shows the map editor.

• Information – stores general information about the map.

• Connections – shows objects connected to the map.

The ability to create Map objects is a significant visual feature of Vine. Working with a map is similar to working with a “drawing program” that is enhanced with the capability to handle Vine objects. Visual presentation of dependencies is especially helpful for shaping your organizational charts and planning new projects. Maps assist in creating clear and accurate charts and diagrams for discussions or presentations.
