Logging Calls
All the incoming and outgoing calls are registered on the My Phone Calls tool tab:
Vine integrates telephone communication and database contact data
The icon on the My Phone Calls specifies if it was mobile or fixed line call.
You can right-click a call record and select Save as event (or simply double-click the record) to open the event edit form with its fields preloaded with information about the call and the person you talked to:

Using this event form, you can take quick notes right during the conversation or after it.
