Find Service Request
To open the Find Service Request tool, click Find Service Request in SERVICE REQUESTS.
Fill in the CaseID, Customer or Contact name (or partial name) of a service request you want to find.
Select the necessary object type if you want to limit the output.
Click Find. The objects matching your search string will be listed.
If you were searching by CaseID then the service request with the given CaseID will be listed.
If you were searching by Customer or Contact name then all the matching companies and people will be listed. Double –click the needed company/person and all service requests connected to it will be shown in a table view on the right:
