Annual Tendency

The tool allows you to compare sales for each account for this and previous years.

Annual Tendency shows how the sales in your company improved compared to the previous year. For each account in your database, the tool shows the ratio of total sales this year to the sales for this account in the previous year.

To calculate the total yearly sales for an account, the chart sums up all sales cases in the Contract phase connected to it.

• Select ANY from the Sales Unit list if you want to view the chart for all sales units or select the unit you want.

• Select ANY from the Sales Type list if you want to view the chart for all sales types or select the type you want.

• Select ANY from the Sales Area list if you want to view the chart for all sales areas or select the area you want.
